Image renderer doesn't works correctly with binding

I have custom Image(with renderer) view in my XAML page. It is bound to some property say CarImage that returns ImageSource. When page loaded it display image that's ok, but when I change CarImage property in ViewModel Image view is not changing coresponding image. However if I remove renderer everything works as expected
