I have a TableView and a ViewCell - whose height is modified when returning with the result from another screen [Navigate.PopAsync() ]. I do this by setting the .Height property on the ViewCell.
The height is modified properly in code, but the height of the actual cell on the screen does not reflect this change until:
- the cell is scrolled out of view and back in again
- the screen is rotated
I have attempted to:
- Call tableView.InvalidateMeasure() after changing the height value.
- this.View.Layout(this.View.Bounds); from within the cell
- this.LayoutChildren(0, 0, this.Width, this.Height); from the parent form
- adding a delay before doing each of the above.
If necessary I can replicate this in another project, but hoping someone will understand this issue without going through all of that.
