Can the padding between rows in a Grid be changed?

Hi there, I'm having a little trouble using the Grid layout in Xamarin Forms.

I am using a Grid in my application, which contains a number of rows, each containing a label and a picker, side by side.

A problem arises when I dynamically set the visibility of a row to false (or set the row height to 0). A noticeable gap between the rows directly above and below the now invisible row can be seen. This gap increases with more rows being set to invisible.

I guessed this is caused by some form of margin or padding between the rows of the Grid. If so, is it possible to change this value such that invisible rows would be displayed as if they had been removed (and not leave a gap between the rows directly above and below them)?
