I recently upgraded my iPad to 9.0.1 to try and debug an issue my boss was experiencing with our app. In doing so, I actually came across another bug that I need help with. I am using QLPreviewController to display PDF files in the application. Prior to iOS 9, this worked perfectly. Once I upgraded I noticed this strange issue:
I view a PDF in the application, close the QuickLook overlay, and as soon as I come back to the app all dialogs are no longer being rendered! I have an IProgressDialog and some ActionSheets, as well as alerts through the user dialog service. Tapping an item in the ListView no longer displays an ActionSheet, and navigating through the app no longer displays a loading dialog.
The prompts are still fully functional though! I know this because attempting to select anything in the ListView only registers every other tap (indicating a prompt is showing up and being dismissed). Also, since the iPad dialogs are bugged (they consistently only show up in the top-left corner instead of center-screen. Let me know if this has been resolved yet!), if I tap an item in the ListView and tap on where the ActionSheet would be displayed, it registers the tap and either views the PDF or downloads it.
Is this a bug that exists in Xamarin or does the shift to iOS 9 require that I modify the way I use QLPreviewController?
Thanks in advance!
