Animate adding/removing cells in a TableSection in iOS?

I have a simple tableview with a number of table sections, one of the sections has a SwitchCell that when toggled it adds/removes cells from another section. In the 'good ole days' of MT.Dialog I could trigger the add/remove with an animation style. Is there any way of doing this in Forms? Is there a renderer for iOS I could inherit from?
