windows phone project not shown in the soultion

i have windows 10 pro and visual studio 2015 enterprise with update 3
when i create cross platform project with xamarin forms the solution contains 4 projects
portable and Android and IOS and UWP
and i dont see the windows phone project
any help ????????????
