FtpWebRequest Class is not in the Xamarin UWP, Is there any third party to use FtpWebRequest class ?

My need is to upload an image to the ftp server so i use FtpWebRequest class for uploading. But there is no FtpWebRequest in Xamarin UWP ,is there is any other way, or any other** third Party.**
