Is there a way to create a carousel layout effect? I don't want the CarouselPage, since I can not have a page as a child of anything. I'm looking for something where I can have a portion of the page scroll horizontally but still have the content split up into 'pages' (unlike the horizontal scrollview) and have each 'page' snap to the nearest page on horizontal swipe.
So I'd like all the CarouselPage capabilities and effects in a Layout instead of a Page. Is there any way to do that?
There are a handful of posts about having a type of carousel layout but none of them have a definite answer yet, nor directly address what I'm looking for exactly.
P.S. I don't care for any other scrolling, horizontally or vertically, elsewhere in the page. i.e. no embedded scrollable areas.
