I'm currently working on an app where we want to have the camera show on the main page and have some UI controls at the bottom and via a button there you can take a picture.
It is working on iOS via a UIImagePickerController which I've added to the main ViewController of the native UIApplication but I'm not able to get it to work on Android in such a manner.
Is there a way to add this in a cross-platform manner? I've also got to add support for Windows Phone later on too. I've found an example project which allows me to see the camera on just Android but that code doesn't work in a ContentPage.
