Listview content not get refresh

I am using Xamarin.Forms 2.0.0.6490.
I have listview with Custom cell. Each Cell contain one button. On button click i want to refresh Listview content or remove some cells from listview.
I have assign new DataSource to Listview but it not reflected.
Please suggest.
