Opening .xaml and .xaml.cs files from outside the app

Hello!
Is there any way to open such file the same way as scripts inside the app?
My app creates number of buttons, each of them for one .xaml file in directory. When clicking them, the script must be executed inside app just like the ones you publish the app with.
