How to refresh page content when tab reslected

I Want to refresh page content every time i select it's tab in main tab page
I try to do that by overrding onappearing but didn't work for me or i do it in bad way
the page which i want to refresh WishlistPageViewModel tab page is MainTabPage
also i tried this solution but doesn't work for me
