Convert Image XAML to C#

Hello,

I have XAML below and want to render it in code-behind. The part I don't know is how to assign GestureRecognizers with Command to the Image object.

<Image Source="photo.png" >
  <Image.GestureRecognizers>
      <TapGestureRecognizer Command="{Binding AddCommand}"/>
  </Image.GestureRecognizers>
</Image>
