Xamarin plugin for YouTube Data API?

I have searched for some time now cannot find a kind of "go-to" nuget for using the YouTube API for Xamarin.Forms.
Or really the plugin doesn't really have anything to do specific with Xamarin.Forms, just a regular nuget/plugin for cross platform.

I found this official one, from Google, but it kind of saids that it specifically doesn't work with Xamarin:

Any ideas or links? Or do I really need to start my own plugin on Github :P
