It seems like I have to accomplish this with a frame around the stacklayout. I see there is an outline color property. If I remember back from my silverlight days I have to make a shape and apply it to the frame. I've searched and searched and I can't seem to find an example of how to do this. I didn't see anything in the walkthroughs on this site either.
