How to create listview having button,stepper,labels with click event for each list item

Hi,
Out requirement is to update Quantities of selected products in List at once.

I am able to get list of ProductIds which I am selecting from list. In Next screen want to update quantities for all selected products at once.

Thinking of having listview but how to add controls with event and how to handle those events.

Please let me know if there is better way to implement this requirement.I am new for Xamarin as well as Android development!
