Chat by Facebook Messenger in Xamarin.Fomrs!

I creating an app. In my app I want to make a feature to help user can chat with other member by Facebook Messenger.
How to integrate FB Messenger in Xamarin.Forms app (Include UWP project)?
if can not integrate, How to open FB messeger and chat directly to that member?
